Villa Emilia-Grace is a modern villa 4km above Sami, in Kefalonia. It's peaceful and surrounding views are nothing short of a dream. 

The Villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with an open plan living area.

The open plan living area has a kitchen with all built in appliances ensuring you have everything you need to cook a meal, the living area has a corner sofa with a smart tv with Netflix and Disney plus on. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine you are free to use.

Bedroom one consists of a superking size bed complete with en-suite, aircon and blackout shutter blinds.

Bedroom two consists of a superking size bed with aircon and blackout shutter blinds.

Bedroom three consists of two large single beds with aircon and blackout shutter blinds.

The outside area has its own completely private pool with no on lookers. There is six adjustable sun beds near the pool area. There is a separate barbecue area with seating. 

The Villa is fully fenced off and has gated access for additional security with a parking area for multiple cars.

We have a maid and pool cleaner attend regularly to ensure the villa’s high standards are met and your stay is comfortable
